How much of the Old Testament has it original sources from Mesopotamian legends and mythology? The author explores and reveals such connections.
A reproduction of this 1733 rare and hard to find book.
Debunking the myth of Divine origins of the Old Testament, and tracing the Old Testament myths to their original sources.
Every article in this collection was at least written carefully, and with an eye to more than the exigencies of the moment. In disentombing them from the cemeteries of periodical literature, where so many of their companions lie buried, I trust I have not allowed parental love to outrun discretion.
To save a lot of later questions, let me say now that Man is one tenth conscious, the other nine tenths deal with the subconscious and all that which comes under the heading 'Racial Memories' and the Occult.
This book is about YOU, not just about one tenth of you, but also that which goes Beyond the Tenth.
The faint flickering gleam of fourteen little Candles shines forth into the world, bringing to a vast number of people some of the Light of astral knowledge.
MISS MATHILDA HOCKERSNICKLER of Upper Little Puddlepatch sat at her half opened window. The book she was reading attracted her whole attention. A funeral cortege went by without her shadow falling across the fine lace curtains adorning her windows.

Look where we will, we find the saint-like man exalted into a divine personage and worshipped for a god.
What are these boasted resources of the Christ-worshipers? Their morality? It is the same as in all religions, but their cruel dogmas produced and taught persecution and trouble. Their miracles? But what people has not its own, and what wise men do not disdain these fables? Their prophecies? Have we not shown their falsity? Their morals? Are they not often infamous? The establishment of their religion? but did not fanaticism begin, and has not intrigue visibly sustained this edifice? The doctrine? but is it not the height of absurdity?
