THE ATLANTIS CONNECTION

Over 11,000 years ago there existed a magnificent land called Atlantis. The people of this land possessed great wealth thanks to the natural resources found throughout their island. The island was a center for trade and commerce and its rulers governed with kindness and benevolence.

The people of Atlantis were highly educated with the arts and natural sciences being greatly revered by them. The influence of Atlantis stretched well into Europe and Africa, and possibly as far as North and South America.

Atlantis was the domain of Poseidon, god of the sea, and for generations the Atlanteans lived simple, virtuous lives. The Atlanteans practiced techniques to expand and develop their minds. Their magickal and psychic abilities became highly developed, and their priests and prophets were sought by the Kings and rulers of other lands who coveted their council.

Because of their spiritual nature, the ancient Altanteans rejected violence, war and conquest. They took it upon themselves to spread their knowledge to the rest of the world in the form of agriculture, science, magick, and eventually masonry. Their influence was spread far and wide and the world before the last great ice age became a better place because of them.

One place in particular was favored by the Altanteans, ancient Egypt. This land traded extensively with the people of Atlantis, and in turn, Egypt benefited with the knowledge of science that allowed them to build the magnificent pyramids that still stand today as a testament of their incredible civilization. However, the Atlanteans gave to Egypt more than just knowledge of the physical sciences; they also passed on their extensive knowledge of magick. This was especially important as many of the Priests of Atlantis knew through psychic visions the horrible fate that awaited their homeland.
