The Law
U.S. Law

A very limited number of American citizens know what is contained in the Constitution of the United States. However, the priceless value of the Constitution will dawn upon all without exception if, through shortsighted governmental leadership, faulty legislative enactments and devious court decisions, we irrevocably depart from its spirit and provisions. Then it will be too late to retrieve the freedom and liberty guaranteed under this remarkable document...
During the forty-five years since Back to the Republic was first published in 1918, problems confronting our great Republic -- which the author, Harry Atwood, recognized as inimical to the interests of liberty and freedom -- have ripened into a constitutional crisis.
"The Pope will never come to the secret societies. It is for the secret societies to come first to the Church; in the resolve to conquer the two ... in order to secure to us a Pope in the manner required, it is necessary to fashion for that Pope a generation worthy of the reign of which we dream.., go to the youth ... in a few years the young clergy will be called upon to choose the Pontiff..."
The reality of this book is: IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT'S HAPPENING IN YOUR LIFE, YOU CAN FIX IT. You can fix it without cheating anyone, without counseling with experts, without subscribing to any newsletter that keeps you posted on inside info, without writing Washington or getting involved in politics, without organizing, and without spending a penny unless you choose to.
Contrary to what virtually everyone--left or right--says, the United States achieved its major objectives in Indochina. Vietnam was demolished. There's no danger that successful development there will provide a model for other countries in the region.
Our founders intended the judicial branch of government to be "the weakest of the three departments of power," and they tried to make that clear in the Constitution (see Alexander Hamilton's Federalist Number 78). However, our founders underestimated the gall, deviousness and lust-for-power of future judges. Throughout our history, America's judiciary has relentlessly expanded its power at the expense of elected bodies accountable to "We The People."
This is not a law book. This is not even a 'how-to book.' Gee, I'm not sure what kind of book this is. All I know is that I've been through a federal trial, conviction, and sentencing in the last two years, along with my husband. I learned a lot of things that I believe other people ought to know. So, I guess this is a 'Preparedness Manual' of some sort.
This book warns from our past about the current consition of US affairs today. Mr. Nock's warnings on the loss of our liberty, our freedoms, our rights haunt us today from his own 'cry' from the wilderness in 1935. An important book for any patriot truthseeker! The true enemy of the people is always the state that has continued unchecked from its 'self-protecting' attitude and starts recreating the tyranny against its own citizens.
A superb reprint of the Lost & Concealed history of the reconstruction era in the United States. First published in 1929, the book shows how and when the people in the U.S. lost its freedoms, its constitution, its innocence at the hands of a totalitarian Congress. The federal courts in the South were established as MILITARY districts, and remain so to this day.
What's your traitor-treason I.Q.? If you can answer the following questions, it's high. If you miss one or more, you should carefully read Traitors & Treason.
Bringing the War Home is a war story unlike you will ever read. Drawing on his experiences as a reporter and environmental emergency response worker in the war torn Persian Gulf as well as US Congressional and military records never before assembled in a single volume, William Thomas takes readers from nighttime missile attacks on American forces and frantic cries of "gas, gas, gas!" to the dazed survivors of Baghdad bombing raids and the wreckage-clogged Highway to Hell.
From World War II until the present, there has been hidden within the highest levels of government secrets that you are not supposed to discover. During the period of 1940 to present, the powerbrokers, working from their positions of trust, have committed and then covered up the most heinous of crimes known to mankind.
Eisenhower, the CIA, and the Hidden Story of America's Space Espionage - Taubman, deputy editorial page editor of the New York Times, investigates the spy satellites that investigated the Soviets. Eisenhower, who was often accused of "putting and puttering" and "goofing and golfing," is portrayed here as a remarkable risk taker who supported the creation of highly sophisticated spy-satellite and spy-plane technology by going around the stodgy Pentagon bureaucracy and using the best minds he could find.
This rare treatise was written by Missouri Judge E. A. Meany. The treatise was an open challenge to the lies being espoused by President Lincoln and the so-called perpetual unionist of the day.
This review of Judge Story's Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States is perhaps the ablest analysis of the nature and character of the Federal Government that has ever been published. It has remained unanswered. Indeed, we are not aware that any attempt has been made to invalidate the soundness of its reasoning.
