Although neither Egypt no Palestine has ever formed a part of the British Empire, it is necessary to include them in this survey, because as spheres of British influence, occupying geographically an important key position, they offer a particularly vulnerable point for attack by the enemies of Britain. - An examination of the events that brought about the decline of British Imperialism.
Our founders intended the judicial branch of government to be "the weakest of the three departments of power," and they tried to make that clear in the Constitution (see Alexander Hamilton's Federalist Number 78). However, our founders underestimated the gall, deviousness and lust-for-power of future judges. Throughout our history, America's judiciary has relentlessly expanded its power at the expense of elected bodies accountable to "We The People."
A superb reprint of the Lost & Concealed history of the reconstruction era in the United States. First published in 1929, the book shows how and when the people in the U.S. lost its freedoms, its constitution, its innocence at the hands of a totalitarian Congress. The federal courts in the South were established as MILITARY districts, and remain so to this day.

As the Roman territory increased, republican principles were corrupted; and an absolute monarchy was established long before the republican phraseology was abolished.
Under Republican Yankee Scalawags, Texas law and order was decimated by criminals installed by the US Federal Government. There was NO reconstruction in Texas, only DECONSTRUCTION of freedom, independence and liberty by the new slave masters of Washington DC.
Shown To Be Easily Attainable & Poverty: Its Illegal Causes And Legal Cure - THE wealth of the world is proportionate to the number of different things mankind possess, rather than to the quantity of any one thing. This book discusses the causes, and results of the Civil War of Terror against the South.
In what does man's pre-eminence over the brute creation consist? The answer is as clear as that a half is less than the whole; in Reason.
Variously a parish helper to the London poor and a successful New Zealand sheep farmer, Samuel Butler did not treasure the attitudes of his time (the second half of the 19th century). His books were iconoclastic in their attitudes towards Victorian ideals and The Way of All Flesh is foremost among them. It is appropriate, then, that it was published after his death and Queen Victoria's, in 1903.
THE following study of the Gunpowder Plot has grown out of the accidental circumstance that, having undertaken to read a paper before the Historical Research Society. I was asked to take the famous conspiracy for my subject. It was with much reluctance that I agreed to do so, believing, as I then did, that there was absolutely nothing fresh to say upon this topic, that no incident in our annals had been more thoroughly threshed out, and that in regard of none, so far, at least, as its broader outlines are concerned, was the truth more clearly established.
THESE are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.
The author traces the growth of the conspiracy from early Illuminism and the French Revolution, through the rise of syndicalism, anarchism, bolshevism, communism and WWI, which she calls "The Revolution of 1917." The 1971 updated version by Webster and Gittens.
