The Mystery of Jeanne d'Arc - Leon Denis - Original title in French: Jeanne d'Arc medium - To penetrate the mystery of Joan of Arc it seems to us necessary to study, and have practical knowledge of, psychic science. It is necessary to have sounded the depths of this invisible world, this ocean of life which envelops us, from which we all come at birth and into which we are replunged at death.
Anglo-Saxon history is largely ignored by world history books, possibly due to the legends and myths that have come from that history, blurring the lines of history and fiction. Yet, the history is as full and rich as are the myths.

Anatole France takes a purely objective tact in writing the history of Joan of Arc, taking into account the author's knowledge of the history of France. Anatole had written volumes on the Frence history. The author offers little romanticism around the Joan of Arc story, sticking strictly to the historical facts.
Epea Pteroenta, presumed to be Greek, has no real meaning in the language. The two words are never used separately. In old translations it is always translated as 'words with wings,' but finds no justification in the Greek for that translation. The book is about the mystery and revelations of what or how words are used and the original meaning or usage.
The Anglo-Saxon race is to be given credit for most of the world's advancements in technology and progress.
The author, William Ireland, gives extensive details of the conditions in France, when Joan of Arc came on the scene. 160 pages alone to describe the conditions which she was born into. This set is a masterpiece of history, and an exhaustive biography of the Maid of France, including many of the notes and communications by and about Joan.
Andrew Lang was a writer, journalist, satirist, and historian. He was a skeptic of religion, perhaps an atheist. He authored 2 books on Joan of Arc, this one presented here, a children's book.
Mark Twain also wrote this children's version of the story of Joan of Arc. TGS Publishing has maintained all the original drawings, layout, and the color pictures for children.
Did Nostradamus predict the coming of a World War 3? The author studies the quatrains to find out. With the world in constant political turbulence, is it possible that a great war was predicted by this famous seer and healer?
