Beyond Christianity

One of the most insidious and distasteful show of ignorance is a Christian preacher or Patriot-Conspiracy nut-jobs preaching against the Talmud, when they have never read it, studied it, or even taken the simple step of asking a Rabbi about it. Christian preachers feel they have to preach 'against' something, which is exactly the opposite of what their god told them to do.

Qabalah is the strange and mystical Jewish mysticism that dazzles the mind of truthseekers in every generation. The source of most Abrahamic religions can be seen through the Qabalah, though the righteousness of its teachings are lost in those same religions.

'The religious phenomenon, studied as an inner fact, and apart from ecclesiastical or theological complications, has shown itself to consist everywhere, and at all its stages, in the consciousness which individuals have of an intercourse between themselves and higher powers with which they feel themselves to be related.

Few in the western world know who the Rumi was - His genius and philosophical thought could be equated with that of Rashi of Judaism or St. Augustine of Christianity. Rumi is the 'true' mystic of Islam, and is accredited with being the founder of the sect called Dervishes, whose dancing has thrilled audiences around the world.

Julian, an emporer after Constantine, rejected the new religion of christianity, preferring to worship in the faith of his fathers. This resulted in the christians rewriting history and renaming him 'The Apostate.' Reading Julian's observations about his religion is quite different from listening or reading what christians have said about the ancient religion. My personal take reading Julian, is that his religion grew from scientific knowledge, that was lost to religion over time.

Creating the Future is the name of a project which begins with the publication of this book. Actually, it has already begun, in the form of weekend dialogues with small groups of twenty people. The purpose of such dialogues is to plant seeds in the minds of those who already know they can invent new projects in the world.
