This author discounts one of the Pyramid theories as myth, but it's worthy reading to understand his scientific and mathmatical objections.
There is as yet no book entirely devoted to the development of the plan of the parish church in England, and the body of literature which bears upon the subject is not very accessible to the ordinary student. The present volume is an attempt to indicate the main lines on which that development proceeded.
IN presenting this Commentary on the Codex Perez to students of American Archaeology, the Peabody Museum adds another paper to its series relating to the study of the hieroglyphic writing of the ancient peoples of Mexico and Central America.

E.A. Wallis Budge is probably the greatest Egyptologist that England ever produced. His books are written for both the scientist and the layman, in that they are not written in a style that over-uses technical lingo, that bars the layman from enjoying learning about Egypt.
This relatively new theory challenges the mainstream idea that the mankind (and/or the caucasion, aryan, white races) originated in the Mesopotamian Valley. There are indeed many evidences, facts and ancient writings that originate mankind's beginnings from the two Arctic regions. This book takes us one step farther... Eden was at the North Pole?! Sounds crazy, but such ideas are also embedded in ancient Jewish writings.
We use Norse mythology everyday of the week, either without knowing it or not thinking about it. Tuesday, Wodensday, Thorsday, and Freysday.... Why do these so-called mythologies continue to amaze and confound us? Are they fiction stories built around true and factual events? Nonsense you say--- but you also said that about the mythological Legend of Troy.. and now proven as a factual place in time and history.
This ignored scientific research was by one of India's political warriors, who dared to confront the British occupation and British destruction of his homeland. Based on independent research, astronomical facts, and from the Vedas themselves, Tilak proves that these precious manuscripts were written around or in excess of 6000 years ago. Oddly enough this lines up with biblical interpretation that mankind started 6000 years ago...and that the Great Pyramid of Egypt, too was established on a certain position of Orion.
This ignored scientific research was by one of India's political warriors, who dared to confront the British occupation and British destruction of his homeland. He finds that Aryan race of man to be birthed from the Arctic areas of the planet, based on readings in the sacred Vedas...and he backs this with independent and scientfic research.
This compilation of research by these two authors presents the 'white man's' view of the Omaha Native Americans... and these authors add their awe and respect for this great people. The Omaha were quite an industrious organization before the Republican Radical Rumps destroyed their livelihood and lifestyle during the occupation years - aka Reconstruction.
One of the most difficult ruins to get to in North America - a natural fortress built by the First Americans. This author was one of the first scientists to investigate and report on this magnificent edifice...
This little recognized First American ruin in Arizona was the 1st historical federal monument in the U.S. The natives of the area stated that it was inhabited in the 1500s by the Cibolans. Was this one of the 7 cities of gold that Spain sought in vain for? At one time the complex was reported to be 200,000 square feet in sizw ... and all that remains is this one small protected ruin.
Imagine being one of the first scientists to explore the First American ruins in North America---"It seemed to me in making a plan for archeological field work in 1895, that the prehistoric cliff houses, cave dwellings, and ruined pueblos of Arizona afforded valuable opportunities for research, and past experience induced me to turn my steps more especially to the northern and northeastern parts of the territory. The ruins of ancient habitations in these regions had been partially, and, I believe, unsatisfactorily explored, especially those in a limited area called Tusayan, now inhabited by the Moki or Hopi Indians."
In the late 1800s, a mysterious artifact of ancient America was uncovered and dubbed the "Lenape Stone." Many stories, true and false ones, circulated throughout America. -- This author did his own research and gives an objective analysis.
